For accounting firms, marketing and recruitment agencies, and other SMEs
Manual work eating hours every week? That is what I automate.
I connect the tools you already use, so nobody copies information between them by hand. You know the fixed price before anything gets built, and it does not change.

The problem
Admin on repeat
Every month we chase clients again for the same missing documents.
Every new client means the same setup again: project, folders, tasks, channel, welcome email.
After every interview it’s the ATS, then the calendar, then an email to the candidate, all by hand.
Our systems don’t talk to each other, so we type everything in twice.
You can automate this, so it runs by itself, the same way every time.

Where the fixed price comes from
Intake call
Half an hour on video, free. I ask how the work really runs today and where the time goes. By the end I know whether I can help, and if I can’t, I’ll tell you.
Workflow Audit
Currently free, then €495. I go through your process with you, then write down what gets built, what’s left out and what it costs. That’s the scope document, and your fixed price comes from it.
Building
I build what the document says, for the price it states. No surprise extras on the invoice and no bill that creeps up afterwards. You get an update from me every week.
Handover
The code, the documentation, the domain and the accounts go into your name. You could take the lot to someone else tomorrow, and that is exactly the point.

- [ redacted ]
What gets built
- Client signs: record created in the CRM and the bookkeeping
- Invoice schedule set up from the signed agreement
- Automatic reminders after 14 and 30 days
- Payment status written back to the CRM
- Anything not written here isn’t included.
- The price at the bottom is the price. If you want something added later, you get a separate price for it first.
This document is yours, fixed price and all, even if you go no further.
Pricing
What it costs
Quick Win
€1,750
- One bounded workflow, two to four systems
- Takes out the manual job your team repeats every week
- Tested, documented and handed over to your team
Core Automation
€3,500
- One process that runs end to end across several systems
- From first request to done, with people only where a decision is needed
- Error handling included, so you hear about it when something breaks
Business Workflow System
On request
- Several connected processes, running as one system
- Architecture first, building second, so it stays extendable
- The price comes out of the audit, because it depends on how many processes are involved
The same sizes apply to a website or platform. AI and data work is priced per project.
What sets the price: the integrations, your data quality and how much is already in place.
Care Plan: €50 to €250 per month for monitoring, small fixes and support. Optional, never a condition.
About me
The best automation is boring.
I’m Thierry, a full stack developer with a background in data engineering. What costs a business the most time is rarely complicated. It’s a form someone copies into the CRM by hand, or a folder built from scratch for every new client.
That’s the work I like: an integration or workflow that does exactly the same thing every time. I only use AI when a task needs judgement, like reading a messy document.
Small improvements add up when a team uses them every day. That is why I would rather remove one real step than sell you a transformation project.

Frequently asked questions
What does it cost?
It depends on the size. Projects start at €1,750, and the packages above list the price for each size. AI and data work is priced per project. The Workflow Audit settles the size and the exact price, based on the number of integrations, the quality of the data and how much already exists. The audit itself is currently free, then €495.
How long does it take?
Usually 3 to 6 weeks, counted from the moment the scope document is approved.
What if it turns out more expensive than estimated?
Not your problem. The price in the scope document is the price, even if the work itself takes more time than I estimated.
What if you get sick or too busy?
- The code is in your own repository from day one, long before handover.
- Every fixed price includes written handover documentation, so someone else can step in.
- The domain and the accounts go into your name, so nothing is stuck with me.
Who owns the code?
You do. The code sits in your own repository, not mine, from the very first commit.
What if I want to change something halfway through?
Yes, you can. I describe the change, you get a separate price for it, and it only goes into the build once you approve it. The original fixed price never changes retroactively.
